Yes. A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours before your first appointment or before trying a new treatment. This is required for all new clients and helps ensure there are no reactions to the products used.

It’s best to arrive without eye makeup, especially mascara or foundation around the eye area. This allows treatments such as lashes and brows to be applied properly and helps achieve the best results.

Treatment times vary depending on the service.

Approximate timings:

  • HD Brows – 30 to 45 minutes

  • Eyelash extensions – 1.5 to 2 hours

  • Lash infills – 45 to 60 minutes

  • LVL Lash Lift – around 45 minutes

Classic Extensions give a clean, natural enhancement – one extension applied to one natural lash. Perfect for clients new to lash extensions or those who prefer a more understated look.

Hybrid Extensions combine Classic and Russian Volume techniques for a textured, wispy finish that sits between natural and full glam – fuller than Classic but softer than Volume.

Russian Volume Extensions use hand-crafted fans of ultra-fine lashes applied to each natural lash, creating soft, dense, multi-dimensional volume for a dramatic, high-impact result.
